  Today the VA, along with agency partners Defense, Education, Justice, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and the Federal Trade Commission launched an online complaint system designed to collect feedback from veterans, service members and their families who experience problems with schools when using Post-9/11 GI Bill benefits and the Military Tuition Assistance Program.
