How the Event Will Work:

As a job seeker with a disability at the Think Beyond the Label Online Career Fair, you’ll be able to connect with dozens of top employers actively recruiting candidates with disabilities. Each employer in attendance will have its own page, where you will be able to learn more about their career opportunities and the company culture.

When the event is live, you will be able to “Get in Line” to chat with each employer that interests you. The chats will be text-based, similar to IM-style chats. No audio or video will be part of the chat. If you are unable to attend the live event, you will also be able to drop off notes for employers in attendance as long as you have registered for the event.

The Think Beyond the Label Online Career Fair is an effective way to connect in real time with employers looking for people like you — all in one place, all online.
